Round #1
- Page by page review with inserted comments in the manuscript to support the accompanying memo
- General grammar and writing style adjustments to improve flow
- Sentence editing to improve structure, flow and clarity as needed
- Paragraph restructuring and rewording suggestions as needed
- Editor/Author discussion call to discuss edits and recommendation
Round #2
- Second review of manuscript with close review of Author changes
- Sentence rewriting and final paragraph restructuring as needed
- 2nd Editor/Author discussion call (if needed)
- Final proofing for grammar, spelling and minor formatting errors after 2nd review by Author
