How Good Books Save Lives

September 6, 2017

The late William Zinsser's book titled On Writing Well: The Classic Guide to Writing Nonfiction kept me distracted while traveling.

Otherwise, I would have strangled the five-old girl that keep kicking my seatback during my 2-hour flight from Marrackech to Madrid...

Fortunately for her, I was too busy high-fiving Zinsser's ghost and underlining entire paragraphs that I wanted to share with you. After underlining and circling half of the book, I realized I just needed to start a reccommended reading list for aspiring authors.

In twenty-five short chapters, Zinsser eloquently outlined so much truth about the fundamentals of writing. First published in 1976, I can easily understand why its a classic with multiple updated editions.

Like Zinsser, I believe writing is an art, a science and a practice.

He asserts that "Thinking clearly is a conscious act that writers must force themselves, as if they were working on any other project that requires logic: making a shopping list or doing an algebra problem. Good writing doesn't come naturally though most people seem to think it does."

Weather you're a writer or non-writer, you have the ability to write powerfully and write clearly.

You just have to decide to do it.

Like with algebra, you may need a tutor and I can help.

I know so many people that need this kind of support which is why I'm committed to providing you with a wealth of tools and resources to move you closer to getting your book done.

Next week, I'm going to tell you how to develop a writer's mind on the upcoming "4 Steps To FINALLY Get Your Book Done" telesiminar.

P.S.

The date will be announced soon, but if interested in attending. Please click here.
